SET Training Courses
Structural Energetic Therapy ® (SET) is a full body therapy that produces maximum rehabilitation of structural conditions in the cranium and body that cause chronic pain and dysfunction. SET is a complex system of interconnected therapeutic applications, integrating Cranial/Structural techniques with specialized soft tissue protocols and somatic emotional release techniques. This combination of cranial and myofascial protocols first releases the primary spiral core distortion in the pelvis and spine, then addresses the distortions of sub-patterns from use and injury, ultimately restoring long-term balance, strength and function in the body. Somatic emotional release techniques address underlying emotional holding patterns that generate pain, anxiety, depression and autonomic nervous system dysfunction.
SET courses are ideal continuing education for massage therapists, physicians, nurses, physical therapists, hygienists, and other qualified practitioners seeking to substantially expand their practice and improve outcomes for their clients. Stand-alone courses are available in Cranial/Structural releases and somatic Emotional Release Techniques, while the year-long Phase I training to become a recognized SET Therapist will develop on demand.

Bloomington, Indiana with Ann Dorwin, CSET; Barry Engh, CSET and Sky Adams, LMHC
Discover the power of emotional release! Somatic and breathwork techniques can be used to release deeply bound emotional pain held in the body, facilitating deep relaxation and allowing for resolution of built-up stress, fear and trauma. Using somatic exercises and a rhythmic, circular, diaphragmatic breathing cadence to "charge up" and then discharge emotional energy, breathwork can move your clients into a more sustainably relaxed, centered and regulated state.
